Whether it is from 1-on-1 personal training sessions in our private studio or through our range of fun, yet challenging group classes. Every person that walks through our door will be encouraged to achieve and sustain their goals, and we will support you every step of the way.

Our trainers

Scott Ryan

I started working in the the health and fitness industry over 15 years ago and have loved every minute of it. To me, health and fitness isn’t just a hobby, it is a lifestyle.

With my background in teaching, I strive to educate and encourage people to make small, realistic changes to their daily habits to help them achieve both their short and long-term goals. My aim as a trainer is to empower each individual to live a balanced and healthy life. Nutrition guidance, coupled with fun yet challenging workouts will ensure we stay on track as we work towards your goals together.

  • Bachelor of Health and Physical Education
  • Certificate III & IV in fitness
  • First Aid & CPR certified
  • Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach (ASCA)
  • Mental Health First Aid accredited
  • Certificate III Sports Nutrition
  • Certified Punchfit Trainer
  • Level 1 General Coaching Sports Principles
  • Pre & Post-Natal training certified
  • Certified in training older adults
  • Certified in training children and adolescence
  • Current Strength & Conditioning for; Lindfield Football Club, Ku-Ring-Gai Netball Association & Northern Suburbs Netball

Brent Tansley

Brent has worked in the fitness industry for over 11 years. While Brent has lots of success training people of all ages and levels of fitness, his true passion is for Strength and conditioning and working with our younger generation. Brent is currently a Strength and Conditioning coach at Ravenswood school and for the North Shore Mariners U14 girls.

To ensure he stays on top of his game, Brent continues to attend courses to help him learn and grow as a trainer, but he also teaches at the Australian Institute of fitness. It is with this knowledge, Brent is able adapt exercises to suit everyone and enable each individual to improve every week.

  • Certificate III & IV in fitness
  • Level 1 & 2 Strength and conditioning (ASCA)
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Kettlebell training and conditioning
  • Australian weightlifting federation Level 1 & 2
  • Advanced Strength training certification
