Paul Scalise

In 2006, Paul finished school with no clear career goal in mind, opting to work in full-time retail and leaving behind the routine sporting lifestyle of high school soccer and rugby. Years passed and by 2010, Paul had ballooned to over 120kg in weight from the combination of stress and overeating. It was only when Paul met his current partner, Jenna, who understood the importance of health and education, that he decided to make a change for the better – over the next two years, Paul lost over 30 kilos and began competing in numerous events from 5k fun runs to 21k marathons, triathlons and even obstacle racing. Paul also went on to  pursue a career in health and fitness as a personal trainer and has begun expanding his knowledge through university. His ultimate goal is to become an Accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist to help others realise their full health and fitness potential in a rehabilitative setting.

Paul has over 5 years experience as a personal trainer, specialising in fat loss and injury rehabilitation. Through his own health and fitness journey, Paul uses empathy, caring and understanding to help motivate and inspire his clients to achieve their short and long term health goals.
