In these sessions you have 100% of the trainer’s attention and the program will be tailored specifically to YOU, your needs and your goals, which we will set together as a team.

Your first session will include a complete fitness assessment. We will take your blood pressure, girth measurements, strength tests and flexibility.

Each session will be different from the last and we will monitor your health and fitness and ensure you are on track to achieve your goals!

These sessions are the best way to accelerate towards your goals.  1-on-1 sessions can be taken in our gym, outdoors or in the privacy of your own home.



High energy, non-stop action classes!!

Offered 3 mornings a week, Mon/Wed/Fri at 5:45am, during term time.

Through our unique “Level-Based” system, these classes are suitable for ALL ages and levels of fitness.  Each session is different with a combination of Cardio/Boxing/Core/Strength Training. The variety of exercises we use will keep you from becoming stale in your training and encourage you to improve in a number of different areas of fitness

We have indoor and outdoor facilities, with showers and change-rooms so we can train rain, hail or shine.  Classes will have a maximum of 12 clients per trainer, so you will still get the personal attention you need, whilst being pushed and encouraged by the other members of the group.

This is the perfect class for people who want to kick-start their exercise habits and for those who want to see just how far you can push yourself!

Ladies Exercise Classes

These classes are run 6 times a week. They are set in a fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, but you will be encouraged to push yourself to reach your potential.

These classes involve cross-training exercises, to help each individual improve in a number of areas such as; Aerobic conditioning, muscle strength and toning, flexibility and building a strong core.
These classes implement a “level based system” making it suitable for ALL ages and range from beginner to advanced.

Sporting Teams

With a genuine passion for sport and exercise and a background in sports coaching, Shape Shifters will create programs for sporting teams of all types, levels and ages.

As a Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association, you can be sure that all sessions will be designed specific to your sport and deliver those results you’re looking for, to give you an edge over your opponents.

Depending on the length of your program, sessions will focus on Aerobic conditioning, Anaerobic training, Speed & Agility, Plyometrics, Strength, Flexibility and Injury prevention.
All sessions will be “sport specific” and include a large range of activities to keep it fun, highly energetic and motivating, whilst still achieving the results you desire.


Small Group Sessions

These classes are for those who want to exercise with a friend or friends. They are similar to the 1-on-1 sessions, in that the trainer will help you set your goals and then choreograph the session to suit your needs as a group.

Prices for these classes will vary according to the number of people in the group.

Optimal Functional Performance

These classes are not for beginners. This 1 hour class is aimed to help you achieve a specific goal and/or improve in specific areas.

Definitions according to dictionaries:

We will set a goal and a time frame and work hard towards achieving you individual goal.

Do you want to be able to do un-assisted chin-ups? Learn & Improve your deadlift? Bench Press a certain weight? Do you have a trek coming up that you need to prepare for or are you playing a sport and want to gain a competitive advantage of your opposition? If you answered yes to any of these and are willing to commit to this class for block of time, then this is the class for you!


Corporate Groups

This is a great way to not only reward your staff and add a bit of fun to their working week, it will also improve the relationship amongst staff members.

Through a combination of partner work and group work, all participants will be encouraged to work together, communicate and encourage one another to achieve specific goals.

These classes are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness!
