As a busy mum, the ladies fitness sessions are ideal. I can drop the kids at school and then go straight to the group session. Scott ensures that we all work hard but to our own level of fitness, and no two sessions are ever the same. It keeps us guessing, and pushing ourselves and each other! 6 months ago I was at a very low point in my life. I was extremely overweight and I really had nothing going for me. For years I tried and tried to lose weight. I had personal trainers in the past but you could tell that they didn’t want to be there and after a few weeks, they would leave and I would have to start all over again, which was extremely demotivating.
When I decided to give it one more crack, Scott was recommended to me and straight away you could tell that there was something different. After each session passed, you knew that he wasn’t just there for the money. He wasn’t there because he had to be. He was there because he wanted to be there and wanted to make sure that I push myself, and do what I need to do, to get my life back on track.
For the first time in my life I wasn’t dreading going to the gym. While I knew going into every session, it was going to be a tough hour, the sense of accomplishment after each session was worth every minute. The best part was that it wasn’t just some generic 1 hour workout where you do the same things over and over. Every session was something different and every session I learnt something new about myself and I found something in me, that I never knew I had. Scott was the missing piece of the motivation puzzle for me and 6 months later I have lost 50kilos and completely changed my life around.
Some may say this is dramatic but I literally owe my life to Scott because without him I would still be sitting at home, unhealthy, unhappy and letting my life slip away.”

Joining Scott at his ladies classes has been one of the best things I have done for myself! I started to go to Scott’s classes a few years ago. I was overweight and very unfit. I didn’t do any exercise and I had a friend who went and I thought I would give it a go. I started with one class a week but now I like to go three times a week. Scott has always been very encouraging, pushing us to do our best – plus that little bit more! It is great to be able to exercise outside and there is a great group of girls who come along each week so it’s a really nice and friendly environment to do exercise. I actually love going now. I have never been so fit and I certainly owe it all to Scott.”
