Ladies exercise classes
These classes run Monday to Friday. They are set in a fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, but you will be encouraged to push yourself to reach your potential.
These classes involve cross-training exercises, to help each individual improve in a number of areas such as; Aerobic conditioning, muscle strength and toning, flexibility and building a strong core.
These classes implement a “level based system” making it suitable for ALL ages and range from beginner to advanced.
