Rounds (25-30 minutes) The main event. You'll work through rounds of:

- Core circuits
Rounds are typically 2-3 minutes with 30-60 seconds recovery — mimicking the structure of a real boxing bout. Cool-Down (5 minutes) Stretching and breathing to bring your heart rate down and promote recovery.
