GRIND: Combination of strength and cardio. Fun, friendly, energetic classes often working in pairs or small groups.

LIFT: Strength class. Slowing the movements down and focusing on developing strength across all areas.

*All our classes are designed in a way that people of all levels can attend. Beginners will be coached on correct form and lifting techniques, while our more advanced attendees will be pushed to work harder.
