1 on 1 Personal training

In these sessions you have 100% of the trainer's attention and the program will be tailored specifically to YOU, your needs and your goals, which we will set together as a team.

Your first session will include a health screen and mobility assessment. This will equip us the information we need to provide you with the best possible program. We will track and monitor your progress and ensure you are on the right path to achieve the goals we established together.

Small group personal training

This exciting new service combines all the benefits of personal training and group classes all rolled into one.

You will have your own training program tailored to you and your goals. Train as many times a week as you want in a private setting, without the costs of personal training. You will train in the studio with a maximum of 3 other people, who will be working through their own programs.

You will also receive access to a dietitian, discounted physiotherapy and other health services, wholesale prices on a variety of health supplements from True Protein and access to all of our group classes for free.

 

Ladies exercise classes

These classes run Monday to Friday. They are set in a fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, but you will be encouraged to push yourself to reach your potential.

These classes involve cross-training exercises, to help each individual improve in a number of areas such as; Aerobic conditioning, muscle strength and toning, flexibility and building a strong core.

These classes implement a “level based system” making it suitable for ALL ages and range from beginner to advanced.

Group training classes

Set in a friendly and welcoming environment, combined with our unique level-based system, these classes are suitable for ALL ages and levels of fitness.  Each session is different with a combination of Cardio/Boxing/Core/Strength Training. The variety of exercises we use will keep you from becoming stale in your training and encourage you to improve in a number of different areas of fitness.

We have a fully equipped gym and access to the all-weather courts outside, so we can train rain, hail or shine. Class numbers are capped to ensure you get the personal attention you need, whilst still being pushed, challenged and encouraged by others.

Sporting teams

With a genuine passion for sport and exercise and a background in sports coaching, Shape Shifters will create programs for sporting teams of all types, levels and ages.

As a Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach (ASCA), you can be sure that all sessions will be designed specific to your sport and give you an edge over your opponents.

Depending on the length of your program, sessions will focus on Aerobic conditioning, Anaerobic training, Speed & Agility, Plyometrics, Strength, Flexibility and Injury prevention.

All sessions will be “sport specific” and include a large range of activities to keep it fun, highly energetic and motivating, whilst still achieving the results you desire.
